The Site is an informational website about simplyIQ, an AI-first software product studio, and its brands, including ucookit, usnapit, uendit, ulandit, usellit, and ubuildit (together, the "u-suite"). The Site is provided for general information only. It is not an offer, solicitation, or professional advice, and content on the Site may change without notice.
03Our products are separate
The u-suite products are separate services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. These Terms apply only to the simplyiq.ai website. Your use of any u-suite product is subject to the agreement published within that product or on its own website.
04Permitted use
You may access and view the Site for your own lawful, personal, or business informational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or overloading our infrastructure.

The names and logos simplyIQ, ucookit, uendit, ulandit, and usellit, and related marks, are trademarks of SIMPLYIQ INC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for the permitted purposes above. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
06Third-party links and content
The Site links to our u-suite products and may link to other third-party websites and resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
07Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, simplyIQ disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, simplyIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
09Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless simplyIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
10Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and simplyIQ regarding the Site.
